Fall Product Program

Life Skills Developed through our Girl Scout Product Programs

By participating in Girl Scout Product Programs, girls develop valuable life skills such as: goal setting, money management, people skills, business ethics and decision making – all while having fun!

The Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England sponsors two product programs each year.  Both the Fall Product Program and the Girl Scout Cookie Program offer amazing opportunities for all those involved, learning the five life skills is just part of the journey!

The 2019 Fall Product Program

This year's theme is "Leap Ahead, Create Your Path!"

2019 Dates: The program begins on September 14 and runs through October 25

Who can participate? All Girl Scouts from Daisies through Ambassadors can participate!

Why participate? Through Girl Scout Product Programs, girls develop five essential skills: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics. In addition, troops get a head start on funding their activities for the year!

About the Program

Each September/October, Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England take orders in person from friends and family for delicious nuts and candy as part of the Fall Product Program. The nuts and candy from Ashdon Farms arrive just in time for Thanksgiving and make great holiday gifts, hostess gifts and teacher “thank you” gifts.

QSP has 700+ magazine titles which are available for new subscriptions or renewals. They also offer over 200 digital titles. Through QSP, there are also additional fun products, including tumblers by Tervis, Cool Card greeting cards, and candles! e-Payments

GSSNE has a new way for troops to process payments for the Fall Product  Program. The ePayment system is available for troops to submit payments directly to GSSNE. The process is user friendly and immediate! Troops simply visit sne.gsachonline.com when you are ready to make your payment.

Troop steps needed to make an ePayment:
1.  Login using their email and password (create an account if they don't have one). Please note: when setting up a new account, select "unknown" as the service unit and you will need to enter a 5-digit troop number. If your troop number is less than 5 digits, add zeros to the beginning of your troop number. For example, Troop 999 would become Troop 00999.
2.  Enter/update your profile information
3.  Enter troop bank information for each troop you lead. Double-check that your information is correct.
4.  Choose troop and enter payment amount and submit
5.  Receive an email payment confirmation
6. Troop leaders must immediately send a copy of this email receipt to their Service Unit PPC
7. All payment paperwork must still be submitted to council according to established GSSNE Product Program Policies

Each bounced ePayment made by a troop will incur a $35 fee. Please double-check that your banking information has been entered correctly in the ePayment system before submitting payment to avoid a fee incurred for improper information.

Military Share

The Fall Product Program is a great way to support our military! Customers have an option online and on the order cards to purchase Military Share nuts or magazines. Customers may purchase military nuts or magazine vouchers in $5 increments.

All Military Share nuts are distributed to our local military service members in care packages put together by the Rhode Island National Guard, the American Red Cross and Rhode Island Lt. Governor’s office in a program called Operation Holiday Cheer. Girl Scouts have the opportunity to volunteer to help put these packages together! Care packages will be assembled at the U.S. Army National Guard Armory in Warwick on Sunday, November 17, 2017 from 8:30am to 11am. Volunteers and Girl Scouts are encouraged to click here to go to Operation Holiday Cheer’s website for more information and to sign up to volunteer.

It takes four Military Share magazine donations of $5 each to obtain one magazine subscription voucher. All vouchers are used to purchase magazines for our local veterans at VA hospitals, military housing and local veteran support organizations.

Girls who have 5+ Military Share donations will earn the 2019 Share Patch!
