GIRL MEDIA TEAM UPDATED LOGO

The G.I.R.L. Media Team is a year-long program that gives girls the chance to be included in various council based media opportunities! This includes invitations to participate in radio, newspaper & television interviews, appear at special council events, Girl Scout community events where council needs to have a strong Girl Scout presence and so much more!

But that’s not all!

This team will have an opportunity to express their love of Girl Scouts via writing, on-camera presenting and any other similar opportunities that may pop-up. Throughout the year girls will have field trips to news stations to get a sneak peek at the behind the scenes of every day newsmaking, as well as meet with and hear from professionals in the industry and get the inside scoop on all things media related!
