The Rhode Island Covid-19 Flag Memorial Flag installation on the statehouse lawn will be to honor Rhode Islanders lost to Covid-19. After being displayed for a week, local first responders from throughout Rhode Island will assist in de-installation of the flags as they carry them to the 39 cities and towns for their own local, more personal memorials.
