Your Leadership Compass: A Workshop for Girl Scout Volunteers
Facilitators: Carole Ann Penney, CPC, Strategic Career Coach and Sonja Rizzo, Girl Scout Troop Leader, Central New York
In this interactive virtual workshop for all Girl Scout volunteers, we'll explore and define the core values that make up your unique leadership style. By becoming consciously aware of your values, you can more deeply engage with the "why" that motivates you as a volunteer and step into your authentic leadership presence. You'll walk away with an understanding of how this self-awareness leads to more meaningful and fulfilling leadership, tools to share with your Girl Scouts and everyone you lead, and inspiration to model the kind of leadership that you seek to cultivate in each of them.
