Reduce stress and build self-confidence through Zentangle© - a mindfulness drawing technique that uses repeating patterns to create beautiful images from structured patterns.  In this free introduction to Zentangle© workshop for registered adult GSSNE volunteers, you’ll learn the basics enabling you to build your personal practice which can center the mind and promote clarity and self-acceptance.  Students of Zentangle© find an improved ability to slow down and focus, and a renewed sense that all goals are attainable.  This is the PERFECT way to start off the Girl Scout year and set your pace before the holidays kick in!  This class is virtual using the Zoom platform and space is limited so register today.

Required Materials:        

Purchase a Zentangle© kit for $5.00 and pickup at the GSSNE Office  OR  purchase your own materials (one 3.5 x 3.5 inch drawing or watercolor paper  (the tile), one Sakura PN  or .01 black pen, one number 2 pencil, and one smudging stick)
