Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England (GSSNE) seeks highly motivated, responsible, reliable, individuals who have energy, enthusiasm, and experience working with children to facilitate programs for girls who meet weekly in school and community center settings. Program facilitators prepare and facilitate fun, hands-on activities for girls to build their self-esteem and leadership skills. Training, program curriculum, and materials will be provided by GSSNE. Regional Field Manager
Compensation: $42,000 - $45,000

Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England is searching for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Regional Field Manager. In this pivotal role, you will have the unique opportunity to spearhead our mission to build strong, confident, and resilient girls who will become the leaders of tomorrow. As the Regional Field Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the Girl Scout movement in Southeastern Massachusetts, specifically Massachusetts Towns that are near or border Rhode Island (Millville, Westport, Attleboro, Fall River...etc.) by developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives, ensuring the successful onboarding of new members and providing ongoing support to maintain thriving troops across the Council.
