We’re here to support you every step of the way! As the leader of a new Girl Scout Daisy (k-1) or Brownie (2-3) troop in participating councils, you’ll receive monthly complimentary supply boxes. Filled with step-by-step instructions, ready-to-go supplies, and thoughtful script suggestions, meeting planning just got easier!
This complimentary resource follows the Daisy First Year Troop Plan or Brownie First Year Troop Plan and will be delivered directly to troop leaders. Get started on your Year of Fun today!

Welcome Box
Welcome Box: shipping to all new participating troops beginning in August.
The Welcome Box is all about giving new Girl Scout volunteers, Daisies, and their families a big Girl Scout welcome. Girl Scout volunteers receive everything they need to lead their first troop meeting. Girl Scouts play games to get to know one another; learn a few favorite Girl Scout traditions; and earn their first badge, the Promise Center. While Daisies have fun, their caregivers meet one another, discuss shared goals, and learn about the world of Girl Scouts and ways to help the troop.

This Girl Scout Experience Box gives Girl Scout volunteers everything needed for two Girl Scout meetings. During the first meeting, Daisy Girl Scouts play games and work in groups to discover what it means to be honest and fair and put what they learn into practice. Then, in the following meeting, Daisies have fun together as they explore what it means to be friendly and helpful at home, with their troop, and in their community.

Money Explorer Box
Get ready to explore money with your Girl Scout Daisies.
This box is all about financial empowerment. Daisies will be earning their Money Explorer badge. In your first meeting, Girl Scouts build their understanding of money, its value, and how it’s used. Then, in the following meeting, Daisies will have fun with their friends as they put their knowledge of money into practice running their own pretend store. Prepare for loads of laughter as they take turns pretending to be store owners and customers.

Girl Scout Cookie Program Box
Prepare for the cookie program and your next three meetings.
This Girl Scout Experience Box is chock-full of fun with all the materials and activities you need for your next three troop meetings, so you have some flexibility during cookie season. Depending on when your council’s cookie program starts, you can order the meetings in a way that serves your Girl Scouts best.
Two meetings focus on the Girl Scout Cookie Program and one meeting focuses on the Considerate and Caring petal. These meetings allow you to kick off the Girl Scout Cookie Program with Daisies and caregivers as Girl Scouts learn to use their voices to decide how the troop will use proceeds from the program, work together as a team, and practice their sales pitch. Daisies also learn what it means to be considerate and caring as they practice their skills by “paying it forward.”

In your first meeting, Daisies play games and work in groups to discover what it means to be courageous and strong and practice what they learn. Then, in the following meeting, Daisies explore how to be responsible for their words and actions.

Get ready to help your Daisies explore what respect means to them!
Your Daisy troop will have fun together as they explore what respect looks like at home, at school, and in their community.
Now that your Daisies are getting more comfortable with you and their Girl Scout friends, you are likely to see more energy from them at each meeting. This is a great time to revisit ways they show respect to one another by living by the Girl Scout Law and by letting them create their own group rules to follow when they are together.

Wrap up the Girl Scout year with Daisies and their families by sharing favorite memories from a year of Girl Scout fun and friendship and get excited for the next year!

The Welcome Box is all about giving Girl Scout volunteers, Brownies, and their families a big Girl Scout welcome. Volunteers receive everything they need to lead their first Brownie meeting. Girl Scouts play games to get to know one another and also learn a few favorite Girl Scout signs, symbols, and a song. While Brownies have fun, their caregivers discuss shared goals and learn about the world of Girl Scouts and ways to help the troop.

Outdoor Art Creator Box
Get ready to create with the Outdoor Art Creator Box.
This Girl Scout Experience Box gives Girl Scout volunteers everything needed for two Girl Scout meetings, with the option of taking one or both of those meetings outside. During the first meeting, Brownies will find art inspiration in the outdoors, capture some of nature’s beauty on paper by doing leaf rubbings, and create a wind chime to enjoy music made by nature. In the second meeting, Brownies will find outdoor inspiration for a drawing or painting, and they’ll create window art using nature themes.

Bring ideas to life with your Create and Innovate Box.
This box is all about innovation! In their first meeting, Brownies will explore the meaning of innovation as they brainstorm creative ways to improve everyday items. They’ll also learn about user-centered design by creating a special gift with a specific person in mind. During their second meeting, Brownies will create wildflower seed balls to plant in the spring. They’ll also learn to create packaging solutions and a sales pitch as they wrap and promote their products.

Life is more fun when it’s going smoothly—let’s get organized!
The My Great Day Box helps Brownies take ownership of their daily routines, schedules, and “stuff”—with some games and fun sprinkled in. In the first meeting, Brownies will learn how to make their morning and evening routines flow smoothly and organize the things they use every day. In the second meeting, Brownies will make a special dates calendar for their year and organize all the supplies their troop has received so far this year.

Girl Scout Way Box
Introduce Brownies to shared experiences in the Girl Scouts global community.
Right on time for Girl Scout Week, Brownies learn how they are part of a global community by participating in practices and experiences shared by Girl Scouts everywhere. Brownies will have a Girl Scout–style blast singing, playing games, making SWAPS, and much more as they earn their Girl Scout Way badge.

Get ready to explore the outdoors and take care of nature.
The Eco Friend Box prepares you for two meetings and an outdoor field trip. Brownies play a game to learn about Leave No Trace principles, then explore how to protect animal habitats when they go outside. They learn about professionals who protect the outdoors and make up their own game or song to teach others about Leave No Trace. Finally, they’ll take a walk outdoors and put their skills into practice!
