Join Stem the Gap Academy for a 2.5-hour workshop where Girl
Scouts can earn Coding Basics, Digital Game Design, and App
Development Badges. Participants will learn about JavaScript syntax,
functions, arguments, x-y coordinates, Boolean logic, IF statements,
and control flow. The workshop covers game design, app development,
and data collection and analysis. Participants will gain valuable
skills in coding, game design, and app development, with a focus on
problem-solving and social impact. Through these activities,
participants comprehensively understand coding, game design, and app
development while learning how to apply these skills to create
positive change in their communities.
