Troop Leader Fall Product Program Resources | Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England

Each September and October, Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England take orders in person from friends and family for delicious nuts and candy as part of the Fall Product Program. The nuts and candy from Ashdon Farms arrive just in time for Thanksgiving and make great holiday gifts, hostess gifts, and teacher “thank you” gifts.

This year we are partnering with M2 Media for magazines and they have over 600 magazine titles that are available for new subscriptions or renewals. M2 also offers many other great items including candles, personalized stationary products, tumblers, and BarkBoxes. This year's theme is "Ready to Explore” and the 2026 mascot is the Kangaroo.

2026 Dates: The program begins on September 17. All order taking ends November 1.

Who can participate? All Girl Scouts from Daisies through Ambassadors registered for the 2026 – 2027 membership year can participate!

Why participate? Through Girl Scout Product Programs, Girl Scouts develop five essential skills: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics. In addition, troops get a head start on funding their activities for the year!

Training

On September 10, we will hold a virtual training for volunteers in the fall product program. The training will be on Zoom and start at 6:00 PM. The link for Zoom is below:

What Troops Earn toggle arrow

This year, GSSNE has updated the troop proceeds structure for the Fall Product Program. Instead of earning a flat amount per item sold, troops will now earn a flat 12.5% commission on all eligible Fall Product Program sales. Troops that opt-out of rewards (Cadettes and older) will receive an additional 2%.

Troops that opt out of rewards still receive patches. Multi-level troops with registered Girl Scout Daisies, Brownies, and/or Juniors cannot opt out of rewards.

In addition to the standard rewards, we are also running a raffle this year to win the extra-large kangaroo stuffed animal and other prizes! To enter, print and fill out the bingo card. We will be giving away the extra-large plush to one lucky winner, and other prizes to several winners. You can take a photo and email your bingo card to CustomerCare@gssne.org by November 13.

GSSNE has a way for troops to process payments for the Fall Product Program. The ePayment system is available for troops to submit payments directly to GSSNE. The process is user friendly and immediate! Troops simply visit https://sne.gsachonline.com/ when you are ready to make your payment.

Troop steps needed to make an ePayment:

Log in using their email and password (create an account if they don't have one). Please note: when setting up a new account, select "unknown" as the service unit and you will need to enter a 5-digit troop number. If your troop number is less than 5 digits, add zeros to the beginning of your troop number. For example, Troop 999 would become Troop 00999.
Enter/update your profile information
Enter troop bank information for each troop you lead. Double-check that your information is correct.
Choose troop and enter payment amount and submit
Receive an email payment confirmation
Troop leaders must immediately send a copy of this email receipt to their Service Unit PPC
All payment paperwork must still be submitted to council according to established GSSNE Product Program Policies

Each bounced ePayment (after the first initial bounced payment) made by a troop will incur a $35 fee. Please double-check that your banking information has been entered correctly in the ePayment system before submitting payment to avoid a fee incurred for improper information.

The Fall Product Program is a great way to support our military! Customers have an option online and on the order cards to purchase Military Share nuts. Customers may purchase military nuts for $6. All Military Share nuts are distributed to our local military service members.

Girl Scouts who have 5+ Military Share donations will earn the 2026 Care to Share Patch!
