Join GSSNE & RI Women in the Trades to learn about careers in
the trades and build Garden boxes and benches. Training and food will
be provided by RIWITT. Girl Scouts will also earn and receive their
Cadette Woodworker Badge.
This is a drop off program. This program is free for Girl Scouts and made possible through a RI Energy grant and funding from RI Women in the Trades. Garden Boxes and benches will then be donated to a spot of the Girl Scouts choosing in RI (determined after sign ups), in conjunction with the younger Girl Scout workshop. Girl Scouts and families will then be invited to a celebratory unveiling on 12/6 at 1pm at the TBD RI location.
This program is on BOTH Saturday 11/15 & Saturday 11/22 from 12-6pm at the TBD location. Attendance for both dates is required.
