Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a skills-based training designed to help you recognize, understand, and respond to mental health and substance use challenges. In this interactive session, you'll learn how to identify common signs and symptoms, approach and support someone who may be struggling, and respond effectively during a crisis. The training also explores topics such as trauma, recovery, and the importance of self-care. Participants will leave with practical tools, including a proven 5-step action plan, to confidently offer initial support and guide individuals toward appropriate resources. Join more than 5 million people across the United States who have been trained in MHFA-and become part of a growing community committed to making a difference. LOCATION: 1 Beacon Center Warwick, RI
