Join us at Battleship Cove as we combine the world of comics
and the world of democracy into one worship! Girl Scouts will learn
about what makes each person special and different and how they can
use their differences to tell a story. Just like Wonder Woman and
Captain America, everyone has a conflict they must face and resolve.
Girl Scouts will work as a team and create a story board comic book
strip that would have been used in a magazine, newspaper, etc. and
discuss with one another how they would have incorporated major life
events into their artistic work. Open to Cadettes. Cadette: Comic
Artist and Find the Common Ground Badge included. This does not
include touring of the ship as this is an afterhours workshop. This
is not a drop off event. No workshop fee for adults.
