Grow a positive relationship with yourself through this yoga
workshop with Moksha Yoga! Participants will start the session with a
short history and lineage of yoga, followed by breath work and
mindfulness with some gentle movement. We will learn about sankalpa;
heart's true desire, authenticity, and do some vinyasa flow before a
snack break. Participants will close out the session with some
restorative yoga and meditation. $45 per participant. Open to
Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors. All participants will earn their
Body Confidence Badges at the conclusion of the program. (Rehoboth, MA).
