Join the Newport Tree Conservancy to earn your 2026 Tree Promise
Patch, while learning about tree care & equity. Join NTC to water,
weed, mulch, and otherwise care for trees in a Newport park. We will
also take time to learn about tree equity in Newport and how our urban
forest contributes to climate health. Girl Scouts will understand
NTC's mission to preserve our urban forest both by actively
participating in urban tree care and by discussing our organization's
work and mission.
Cost: $18 per Girl Scout
This program is weather dependent and a rain date is April 25th. This is a drop off program but Adults are welcome to stay even though it is listed as a "Drop off" program.
